Hi gals! I was asked to recreate a glitter tutorial on my Facebook. This is something I would wear for a stage performance or maybe even a costume party. I love that this is very neutral and can match different costumes... especially those with gold embellishments. You are sure to light up the stage with these sparkling eyes!
